The foundation is complete for the new school of business at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut, marking a major step in the development of the university’s new south quad.
The 79,000-square-foot building, designed by partner Michael W. Bischoff with associate partners Andrea Day and Matteo Milani, will complement the broader university context, with two wings that engage both the existing Mount Carmel Campus and the new quad frontage. In addition to classrooms, lecture halls, and offices, the business school features an iconic central “living room” for networking and collaboration, plus three outdoor terraces. The project is scheduled for completion in spring 2025.
